Humanizer
An editing pass that removes the tells of machine-written prose.
Use it for
Editing prose published under a human name
Skip it if
Wanting the agent to write more, not less
What it is
Strips the patterns that mark text as generated: uniform sentence length, stacked transitions, the 'it is not just X, it is Y' construction, and the closing paragraph that summarises what was just said. It edits text you already have rather than writing new text. Useful for anything published under a human name, pointless if you want the agent to write more.
Install
Clone the repository, then copy the skill folder into your agent's skills directory — ~/.claude/skills/ for Claude Code. Skills are plain files: no build step, no daemon.
git clone https://github.com/blader/humanizer.git
How to judge it
Read the SKILL.md before you install. A good skill states when it applies, what it must not do, and how to verify the result. A skill that only lists adjectives will change the agent's tone without improving its output — skip those.
