Graphify
Turns a codebase plus docs, schemas, and PDFs into a queryable graph.
Use it for
Repositories where the answers live in docs as much as in code
Skip it if
Single-file projects; the index costs more than it returns
What it is
Indexes code and the documents around it — SQL schemas, configs, PDFs — into one graph the agent can query. Most code-context tools stop at source files, which is why an agent can explain a function and not understand why the column exists. The parsing quality of the non-code files is the thing to check before trusting it.
Install
Clone the repository, then copy the skill folder into your agent's skills directory — ~/.claude/skills/ for Claude Code. Skills are plain files: no build step, no daemon.
git clone https://github.com/Graphify-Labs/graphify.git
How to judge it
Read the SKILL.md before you install. A good skill states when it applies, what it must not do, and how to verify the result. A skill that only lists adjectives will change the agent's tone without improving its output — skip those.
